We are looking for an experienced, multi skilled Pabx / IT support Specialist.

The applicant will be required to do the following:

• Fully Install and program new Pabx systems
• VoIP systems
• Be familiar with ECN products and Man 3000 software
• Understand Last Mile
• Support MS and Office 365 environments and firewalls
• Support and manage Network and IT Security on different platforms
• Attend to managed switches, VoIP telephony and CCTV systems
• Manage and maintain generator systems, UPS and alternate power systems
• Implement new hardware, infrastructure components and technologies
• Anti- Virus / Ransomware

Requirements for the position:

• Matric (Grade 12) essential
• Degree or 3-year diploma in Information Technology or Equipment training certificates in Yeastar / Mikrotik / Ubiquiti and NEC
• A valid driver’s license
• A Smartphone
• At least 3 years’ experience with installation and maintenance
• Experience with Yeastar and NEC systems
• Must know how to install and set up standard analogue, digital and IP systems
• Be able to work as a team and meet deadlines
• Be able to work on standby and after hours
